SW4 BASEMENT
This project involves a full internal refurbishment and basement extension to a Grade II listed semi-detached house in Clapham Old Town.
The design aims to preserve the historic charm of the property while creating modern, functional living spaces, including a new basement level to enhance the home's overall space and usability.
A flexible open-plan basement designed for both family life and play. One side creates a relaxed media and film space, while the other provides a dedicated children’s play area, with bespoke storage and a climbing wall. An external lightwell brings natural light into the basement and creates a visual connection to the rear garden above.
